Head Instructor - Dikie Mardiyanto

Dikie is our head coach at NEC and is a certified FEI Level 1 coach. He is a well-accomplished competitive rider himself who represented Indonesia in international equestrian competitions since as early as 2002 and has ample experience to guide our more advanced riders and oversee the riding lessons at NEC.

Dikie’s notable achievements as a rider include obtaining the Gold Medal at the Indonesia National Games in 2004, the Bronze Medal at ASEAN Games in 2006 and placing 2nd in Category B for both the FEI World Jumping Challenge and the FEI World Dressage Challenge in 2011. In 2013, he was the jumping coach who led the CSIY Singapore Team to achieve the Gold Medal that year.

Riding since the age of 7, Dikie has accumulated a vast experience with horses of all kinds and is able to understand any breed of horse well. As a coach, he is focused on goal setting and achievements for all riders and strives to help his riders achieve their goals in horse riding no matter what their current level in riding may be. Dikie has been coaching in Singapore for over a decade, and under his tutelage many of his students have seen a significant improvement in their riding, as well as competition results.
