About SECVC

The Singapore Equine Community Vet Clinic (SECVC) is a dedicated facility established to safeguard the health and well-being of Singapore's horse population. Operating as a non-profit entity under the Equestrian Federation of Singapore (EFS), our core mission is to maintain a permanent, locally accessible surgical and emergency colic surgery capability. 

Supported by a highly experienced surgical team and local stable-side attending veterinarians, SECVC operates on a collective community funding model. Launched with initial equipment and medical supplies donated by the ToteBoard.  All clinic proceeds are fully reinvested into our operations to ensure sustainable, high-quality medical readiness is always available for horses in need.
