Instructor - Mia Arsjad

Mia is a passionate equestrian with a strong eventing foundation, actively involved in the sport since 1996. With decades of experience in both riding and instruction, she brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to horsemanship. Her dedication to continuous learning, rider development, and the welfare of the horse has made her a respected presence within the equestrian community.

Mia serves as a national judge for dressage and show jumping in Indonesia, where she contributes to maintaining high standards of technical excellence and fairness in competition. She is also an FEI Level 1 Steward, reflecting her active role in international equestrian governance and her commitment to best practices in horse welfare and sport integrity.

Mia was a riding instructor with STCRC, where she coached and guided riders to build strong foundations, confidence, and effective partnerships with their horses. Alongside her coaching role, she competed in equestrian events across Singapore. Balancing competition and coaching has allowed Mia to bring practical, real-world insights into her teaching while inspiring and nurturing developing riders.
